Man Suing Blizzard Because He Is Lonely

Ladies and gentleman, kids of all ages and psychotic losers of all epic levels do I have a story for you! <insert crazy looking Uncle Sam Pointing Finger At You image here>

Please ask yourself the following questions:

1. Do you feel antsy and generally sick to your stomach when playing Blizzard’s World of Warcraft, specifically when walking around?
2. Do you wonder if those sudden and pesky bouts of phobia’s, disorders and other rather sad things is a direct result of playing Blizzard’s World of Warcraft?
3. Do you feel that Blizzard, in using their Flagship video game, is forcing you to play World of Warcraft?
4. Do you like spending tax payer money and taking up the valuable time of the court system?
5. Do you feel that both Winona Ryder and Martin Lee Gore can relate to you for liking a particular book or having sad song lyrics respectively?

If you answered yes to any of these questions then please be sure to contact Erik Estavillo who is suing Activision Blizzard for the first two reasons listed above, on the assumed validity of number 3 and resulting in number 4, while number 5 is simply icing on the cake. No I’m not joking. Mr. Estavillo is not only suing Blizzard but has also attempted to sue Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo for other various and equally moronic reasons.

Basically, he is a compulsive suer. The only problem with that? He is messing with government time and our money and if he truly feels he is justified in what he is doing belongs in a hosiptal, not in a house in front of a computer. I can’t tell if I’m annoyed, amused, bewildered or disgusted. I think I may be all the above which generally doesn’t happen. So that fact I give our non-friend Erik props. But seriously, someone get him into a padded room, preferably with the little frightening chick from FEAR who will burn him from the inside out. FEAR 3: Incinerate Erik.
