So when I was in West Virgina I stopped at a rest stop to use the bathroom. When I came out a man was washing his hands at the automatic sinks which only sprays water when you put your hands near it. So he finishes and I step up and it does not turn on. I move my hands up and down, side to side, nothing. So I move to another and it does the same. Meanwhile another white man comes up and places his hands under it and it works fine so I go back and try again, nothing. I ended up using the handicap sink.
